I had a problem with my dynasys apu. I called these guys and they told me yes they were familiar with it. I brought it in Saturday morning and they went through the entire apu and found the problem and fixed it. And for what they charged was responsible considering such a short notice. Based on the reviews,prepare to bend over backwards if your not a regular customer. I called the shop asking if they could take care of a leaking brake chamber for me. The worker told me to come by at 8am and he will pull a trailer out and take care of me. I was parked in the parking lot and the worker pulled my truck in and I was told the driver is on his way with a new order of brake chambers so won’t be too long. I was sitting in the waiting room and decided to go grab my drink from my truck and noticed no work has been started yet so I went to ask the shop manager how the progress is going. One of my chambers was leaking but they informed me another one was as well. I have no issues with replacing stuff that needs to be done but he wasn’t even able to provide me with a quote of what each chamber costs or how long they will take to do the work. After checking the reviews,I seen a poor guy was charged $2200 for a belt replacement so this is what caused me to ask them what will I be charged. I ended up leaving the shop and replacing both chambers along with labor for $300 whereas their hourly rate is that. If I would have sat longer I would be charged for the truck sitting in the garage waiting for the parts plus them replacing other stuff I didn’t ask them to do. Like I said I have no issue replacing things that need to be done but no notification or communication of what’s going on or what I will end up doing. So in the end I was charged $120 for letting my truck sit in their shop while waiting for parts. Would have been more but good thing I got out of their when I did Beware or bring Vaseline

Have you ever heard of a repair shop where the owner and his staff couldn't be more honest if they tried? How about one where they insist on saving their costumers every last dime? How about an atmosphere so friendly that customers actually want to get their truck fixed there? This is that place. If you can find anything better than this, then let me know. Becaus that would be a miracle. This company name should be perfection because that's where they set the bar.

I am enjoying my truck fixed by the best Profection crew and team. Quick and proficient. The best part, everyone at Profection is courteous, congenial and professional. Chad, the mgr. Who runs the place is straight up a God send human being. I've been around to see unprofessional people, so it is refreshing to find a piece of heaven here on earth. I highly recommend all trucking companies and owner operators to bring their vehicles to a place where one is treated like family.
