**Stay away!!!** Sent a Circuit board in for repair, received the board back after a few weeks and paid over 500.00 dollars in "repairs" and had the same issue. After sending an email to PSI letting them know it wasnt fixed and contacting the original manufacturer of the circuit board and having it repaired for 275 more and back to me in two weeks..working. I contacted PSI and explained that it wasn't fixed per the manufacturer and asked if I could receive a partial refund or at least what it cost me to have it fixed. I was told it wasn't fair to them that I didn't let give them a chance to try and fix it(Wasnt the first time good enough?), and that I no longer had a warranty with their company on the circuit board( which obviouslydoesnt matter at this point).This in an email from the CFO which is complete B.S. Do it right the first time and stand behind your work and stop taking money from hard working blue collar that can't wait weeks on end, multiple times that trust a service. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Terrible experience. Company states they specialize in ballscrews and nut repairs so I decided to send mine in. Getting a response from them is a nightmare! After a month of waiting for Mike Torres to "evaluate" them, I threw in the towel and requested them to return them. They gave zero updates on the arrival of the items, they gave no update of the evaluation process, they gave zero results, they gave absolutely nothing. Now I am praying I will receive my items back in the condition I sent them in order to get them truly professionally evaluated. Update: Oct 27 2022. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR BALLSCREWS HERE! I just received my ballscrews, and nuts and they are in pieces. All the balls have been removed, some scattered within the box. They've ruined these ballscrews. No cleaning, no diagnostics, absolutely nothing. It looks like they just emptied the balls out of the nut AND THAT IS IT! It's a good thing I got them back when I did. There are signs of newly formed rust. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I should have realized such limited and old reviews. I had to write this to avoid others hardships with this company.

We had major plumbing work done from PSI. We had a water pipe replaced and the crew had to cut into the dry wall to replace it. They did an excellent job. They were all professional and polite and explained everything they were going to do. We highly recommend this company.
