I have had two hip replacements, knee surgery and two colonoscopies at Northwest Specialty Hospital. Every dimension of their work has been of the highest caliber - simple extraordinary. A key part of their front line diagnostic capabilities is housed at Northwest Imaging. I owe so much of my good health to their professionalism and quality of work. Equal to these top ratings is their sense of humanity, personal caring, and empathy. I trust them with my life and I feel deeply blessed to have access to their services.

The radiologists are nice and extremely competent. The back office staff totally suck. They are supposed to return calls within 48 hours. NEVER EVER HAPPENS. They say not to leave multiple messages but everyone does because the imaging center staff never return calls. Completely unprofessional. Makes me wonder if they even have staff to answer the phones. Hello! Is anybody there?? Apparently not. My doctor and his staff tell me it's because the radiologists (for things like orthopedic injections and such) are only in the NW Specialty Post Falls imaging center 2 days a week. Casualties of the pandemic and low pay in the region. People quit, can't hire new ones because the pay in the area sucks and considering what people get paid here, the only ones who can afford local housing costs, don't work here. They're all retired rich people from California or Texas or anywhere else but from here.

Morgan was AWESOME to work with! She went far and beyond to help me with my 80 year old mom. Morgan worked in getting my mom whom was In horrible pain, get in as quickly as she could and assisted in our results getting faxed in a timely manner. She was so kind and professional! She deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated! I hope she gets a raise for all her hard work!!! Kerry Hughes

Called every day for 8 days to get an appointment after Dr sent the referral. Nobody ever answered and nobody ever returned a voicemail. I finally walked in to make an appointment and they were incredibly rude and could not care less about doing the job. I was actually burdening them by asking for an appointment…. Asked to self pay and they refused because I have insurance. I did not want to use my insurance as it would cost $1800 versus self pay of $700. Do we have another community hospital going to hell? I think we do. It’s unfortunate.
