Great service by the desk employees. They were courteous efficient and professional. Krystal the X-Ray technician (I hope that's her correct title) was a joy to meet and have my X-Rays taken by her. She was friendly as she did her job. I highly recommend X-Ray associates, especially Krystal.

The staff are fantastic, but the billing policy is unacceptable. I was told the CT would cost about $175 if I self-paid. When I arrived, I was told it would be around $350 if insurance was billed but didn’t pay—roughly double the quoted price. Patients also can’t pay the lower self-pay rate while still having insurance billed. This feels like a bait-and-switch. It’s confusing, unfair, and even embarrassing for staff to explain. Leadership needs to fix this immediately.

Quick and easy process. I am always so thankful for great customer service. The woman who checked me in was so nice. So was the lady who did my x-ray. Totally appreciate their kindness!

I've always had amazing experiences when visiting this location, which has been many years. I would be happy to refer this location to anyone wanting and needing quailty swevice. Staff and Techs are always nice, kind, polite, engaging, caring and there are plenty of smiles to go around. I am grateful, thankful and finding joy at each visit, because they are simply the best.
