Be prepared to wait on hold for billing for at least 10+ min. Their office is so unorganized and they lose all of the paperwork and can’t figure out how to use their machines to send receipts for payments.

I recently was seen by Chahine and I was so relieved of any anxiety I had about having a new primary care physician. He was incredible! He was soft spoken, honest, caring, he did not rush me or talk down to me. His demeanor was comforting to me. He has already set me up with a new cardiologist. We hit it off from the start! Thank you Dr. Chained! Not only he but his entire staff and the people there from other Dr's offices were all so kind and helpful!

On July 10th I had a one hour telehealth visit with a doctor Matthew Walker that is certain to change my life forever, only not in a good way as Dr. Walker's evaluation of me was riddled with lies and deception. He intentionally attempted to make me appear delusional or uncooperative. When I asked questions his response was always. I'm not going to explain myself to you. Isn't that what every patient wants to hear from his doctor. I thought we were to trust our doctor. So where is the integrity in falsifing a patients permanent medical records? Sharing your personal information with anyone requires a safe space. However due to my experience with Dr. Walker and Dr. Royster whom signed off on all of his lies. It is my opinion that Quincy Medical Group is not a safe place to share anything. Sincerely Timothy Phalen

I truly with all of my medical conditions love the Quincy Medical Group. The doctors that I have with the conditions that I have are some of the best doctors around the world. But the most wonderful thing about the Quincy Medical Group is that them along with Blessing Hospital work together because those doctors at the Quincy Medical Group they also go over and they work at blessing so if you're admitted to Blessing Hospital your Quincy Medical Group Dr tours in the morning to do his rounds and he or she will come by and see you within the hours of starting at 7:00 up until 11:00. They give you their time, care, compassion and they communicate with you on a level that you understand. They want you to ask questions and then give you the best answers. Then they'll come back and check on you the next day to see if you're doing any better and if you're not they'll change your medicines to help you get better. I believe your care once you get to know the people over at the umg they are the most loving doctors nurses and that you will find within the tri-state area!!
