I had a great experience today. The girl at front desk was very personable and sweet. Ally the technician did my CT-scan. She made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable. This was my 3rd time I've been here in the last 2 years. I've always been very happy with Akumin.

I scheduled my appointment for 6:30 am, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They let me in at 6:15 am to start the paperwork. The receptionist was highly informative and professional. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and I was able to reach the MRI machine promptly. The person who operated the machine was exceptionally funny and managed to ease my anxiety about being placed in a tube. It was clear that he genuinely enjoys his job and interacting with patients. The entire process, from arriving at the facility to returning home, took about 45 minutes. It was a fantastic way to start my day, and I highly recommend this place.

I have had quite a few interactions with Akumin because my son has had to have several scans over the last few months. I have not talked to a single person that was not kind and helpful. I am so impressed that every employee is patient, helps with whatever I need, answers my questions, helps my son and just give all around excellent care. Scheduling, people who answer to help with imaging reports, front desk and the person that does the scans. 10/10

Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff and technicians. I had to wait for insurance pre authorization and when it was complete they called me to schedule an appointment for the next day. I have a loop recorder and they took extra safety measures to ensure it was MRI compatible. I was impressed with the professionalism and care I received.

First time here on 7-3-2025. To start there needs to be clearer signage so that you can identify the company. We are from here and we passed this place because it’s not visible. The sign on the door said something different and inside is a different name. For a 1st time visitor it was extremely confusing. So my reasoning for the 3 stars is for signage and poor communication about out of pocket fees that are due at time of service that health insurance does not cover. For some this could be very much an inconvenience thank God we are prepared.
