I wish I could remember their names but both of the individuals I worked with were amazing. I saw someone at the end of January and was feeling anxious (don't like needles). She talked me through and got me in and out. The one I saw yesterday was friendly and kind. I wasn't as anxious this time but she was so friendly and conversational, I barely noticed the poke and was done and out the door. 10 out of 10 both times.

The lady who helped me was very considerate and called my doctor because I had forgotten my script. She periodically monitored her fax machine for the script and was very friendly and helpful.

The patient center was able to start my lab exam on time as schedule. The process was efficient and very professional.

I was able to make my appointment online and was being helped almost immediately. I have come to this location in the past and had not so great experiences with rude phlebotomists but this was the complete opposite. Stacy took her time with me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She listened to me and was obviously very very knowledgeable and experienced. I will be coming back just because of my experience with her.

Sort of felt like I was entering a building where they would hold a super villain convention. The security guard was nice and there was decent parking but we noticed that most spots were full when we left. Definitely dated but perfectly fine for a medical building.
