On the FAQs it says x-ray walk ins are welcome however, when arriving they stated that’s not entirely true as you are required to have orders from a physician. I feel as the website in that aspect is misleading. If I know I need an xray, why pay for a doctors visit just to send me back here. I also see how the “owner” responds to these reviews, taking very little accountability or acknowledgment and really just blames the reviewer so I don’t hope to see any good from this. But just. Sharing my thoughts and opinions of how I feel the medical world should work and give people a relief in what they have to pay for

I am only leaving 1 Star because I have to leave something...my mom had an appointment here and once we got here they stated that her insurance had not approved her appointment. No one called her to let her know, therefore a wasted trip up here...not to mention I drive from DFW to take her to the appointment. No courtesy call or anything. The receptionist was not professional and was not concerned in the least bit. I asked why they even called her to schedule an appointment without having the insurance approval and they stated it was just how they do it. Seems kind of backwards to me. However, I have recommended her physician send her somewhere else for her MRI.

This place is really amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk smile and made eye contact with me. I got my results the next day and was fast about sending them to my Dr. This will be my go to if I ever need anything else done.

The front receptionist was very unprofessional and rude towards my mother today. My mother was supposed to have an ultrasound done today but was not able to do so due to an “expired ID” okay no big deal she has several other methods of ID her mistake for not having her ID up to date honest mistake. My mother then hands the receptionist another form of ID, and she is automatically told NO come back after you renew your ID. A customer waiting to be seen stood up to help my mother because she noticed the unprofessionalism of this receptionist. If it’s to the point somebody else notices how rude you are towards a paying customer you should probably check your staffing. We will not be doing any type of service with Zoom diagnostics again.

Handy cap accessories is not good. No one ever answers the phone to schedule appointments. They scan your info, but yet its not in your file. Make sure to bring your current ID, because its NOT saved to your records. Irresponsible on all levels!
