March 6, 2020 I called this office about a bill I received for “Routine services not covered”. The young man who answered was pleasant and very willing to help me resolve my issue. Thank goodness, I do keep fairly good records of daily happenings on my Five Year Calendar which I file away when it’s replaced (online: Walter Drake)so I was able to find the reason for the mysterious Routine services not covered. I gave this information to my helper, and we had really great communication which gave me confidence that he fully understood the issue and that he would take care of it immediately. He told me to disregard that invoice and that he would personally walk the notes to the person who could investigate the problem. It is so rare to speak with someone who seems willing and able to actually help. He answered my call; I was never transferred; he spoke English with my kind of Arkansas accent; and he made me believe that he would personally see that my issue was resolved. I hate having to call anywhere about anything because it often takes hours on the phone being transferred from one idiot to the next one with frustration building to the boiling point and finally agreeing to “let the computer straighten it out” because I’m convinced that no one knows how to add or how much tax will apply to the credit I’m supposed to get. But if I could I’d give 10 stars to this young man (and I didn’t get his name). I’m still smiling inside and feeling as hopeful as the daffodils in my yard as they open their blooms to the bright warmth of this beautiful sunny day.

We have had THREE (3) instances of this - This organization did not send out an invoice we ever received. They got our name and address wrong. They had our phone number, but never tried to contact us through it. They are now charging us extra fees on a bill we would have been happy to pay in the first place. Avoid these shady business practices and employ some customer service!
