The absolute, worst! At check in, 10 minutes before my scheduled appt, I was informed of an "estimated" out of pocket cost of almost $1,000 was due at the time of the appt. I asked that they bill my health insurance before billing me so I could pay the actual patient responsibility as opposed to an estimate that they came up and I was denied my services. Clearly, XRAYNM is more interested in profit than they are patient care.

Terrible Customer Service We had an incredibly frustrating experience. After checking in, providing our insurance, and signing all the paperwork, we were left waiting for over an hour with no explanation. Meanwhile, other patients were coming and going. When I finally got up to ask how much longer it would be, we were told we hadn’t even been checked in, despite having completed everything. Not one staff member checked on us the entire time or seemed to notice we were still waiting. Once the mistake was realized, we were seen and finished in under 10 minutes. On the upside the technician was great. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

If the billing issues were not enough, their billing staff is rude and unable to say that they messed up. A good apology goes a long way. If you are a military spouse, stay clear.

If you’re looking to wait over an hour past your appointment time, this is the place! Not only that, but every single staff member has no remorse for the patients who are coming in, which of most are terminally ill. There were so many complications with not only ourselves, but other patients who arrived at this facility that we saw today … patients having incorrect information put it into their system and giving them a difficult time, not only that but they seem to schedule a massive group people to come at certain times during their schedule and everyone is crammed into a small waiting room waiting to be called back. I definitely do not recommend New Mexico in general for any kind of treatment or care that you possibly need .
