A male technician showed up without an appointment set to my 82 and 88 years old parents. My father has severe Alzheimer’s receiving PT at home due to a fall. My mother open the door thinking was them. The male proceeded to go in the house without introducing himself, not why was he was there. While my mother removed the dog, came back to find my dad undressed on the bare couch, after noticing the middle table in the room was kicked out of the way, with the dirt from the plant was spilled on the table. He applied the gel without protecting the coach, my husband was called and upon my moms confusion he provided towels to technician which he ignored - my husband had to take the Caregiver home leaving my mom on the phone e with my brother trying to assist with the communication, by when they were trying to put his wife on FaceTime to assist the man was gone?!?! I am still in shock that this company sends people to the elderly’s homes without previous consent to open the door. We would it know to remove the dog and anticipate to my mother what is going on in addition to plan who to be there because of the language barrier. - shame on this person who should not have the authority to show up to peoples house without accountability - shame on the company for sending anyone without confirmation! I have made aware my dad’s PA and be more careful who they make business with!

Expect not to get a call for scheduling. When called they don't give you a time frame or tell you that is in order if who is a more urgent case and I was made to wait all day yesterday, all day today and they walked to come after 11pm tonight when I live alone and handicapped no ability to walk. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn't give me a time frame for tomorrow either and want me to wait all day tomorrow too. I'm very sad and disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful, extremely knowledgeable staff. Shane was very patient and gentle with my grandmother, on multiple occasions. So nice to have a service like this in the Texoma area. Highly recommend.

They notified me when arriving and was so true to time. The gentleman was so friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. Job well done!
