I had the best MRI experience to date here. I LOVED the open mri machine as opposed to the tube style. I have wide shoulders so traditional machines make me feel claustrophobic and freak out. I didnt feel like this here and the people were very nice. The image attached isn't the exact scanner but the same make and model.

Friendly staff, but the doctor was not happy with the images (which is so disappointing). Also, while they gave me the disc for the doctor to see, the report didn't arrive on time, and the doctors even had to follow up to get it the following week.

The staff has always been kind and friendly but my daughter had her mri today and needed it with congrats so they had to have a doctor present according to their policy but he was not so friendly I went in with her and decided I was goin to go out I was getting cold and nervous as I been as she is my 23 year old daughter who needed a follow up mri for her pancreas and he said go and waived him hand as shooing me out and then kept repeating himself to my daughter about more test and drink water and eat which kinda made us more nervous. Could be a little bit more friendly. So this review is about the doctor on site not the staff. And yes I did report to a front office lady

Just had an MRI done. It was open if you turned your head to the side. The last MRI I had done in SC, I got nausea and dizzy. I had no affects with this one. 5 stars for making appointment. Called right away and got me in. Answered all my questions. Very nice! 5 stars for reception. Called to say I could come early and was very pleasant. No waiting at all. 5 stars for the MRI tech. Very nice. She was patient as helped me as I was in pain. I did ask for ear plugs as I knew it would be noisy. (and it was noisy) She even turned the fan on for me. In about 30 mins I had my CD and was on my way. I had an over all great experience for a not so pleasant task.

Staff was very abrasive and unkind. 10/10 do not recommend. I was there to have an MRI after a car accident that led to me losing my job so I can move forward in my physical therapy. Already having a hard time to begin with some compassion would have gone a long way.
