Adam Palmer of Hendrickson & Palmer, PC has been working with me for the better part of two years. I was involved in a car accident in which I was injured. Although not severe, Adam saw opportunity and seized a huge settlement victory! Adam was patient in the process and it allowed for a higher return. He remained open and in constant communication with me through the process; putting any worry aside. His office staff was also friendly and thorough in their communication. I was injured while working as an RN at the local hospital in Prescott, AZ. The hospital uses a national insurance company to handle their worker's compensation claims. The insurance company was not helpful and downright dishonest in their dealings with me. After catching the adjuster in an outright lie, and telling her so, she hung up on me and the next thing I know, I received a letter from the attorney for the insurance company. I immediately contacted Adam at his Prescott office, and he handled everything very professionally, efficiently, honestly and, most of all, successfully. My claim is nearing resolution, as my medical problems from the injury are almost completely resolved. I would use Adam again in a heartbeat, if I had to, and I will recommend his firm to anyone who needs legal assistance with a workplace injury.
