Simply Mobile Diagnostic Imaging

I am irate after having my second MRI misread here this year, I would avoid this place at all costs from now on. The first thing I said when checking in was my first one was misread and I was expecting an accurate one this time. My results were ready thirty minutes after I left, which was a red flag. Weeks later my doctor once again told them they needed to revise their reading. He now expects them to be wrong, but I don't know how closely all doctors examine the images versus taking the word of the person reading them.

I had a very disappointing experience with SMIL Medical Imaging. When I called to schedule for my appointment (and the phone lines are very difficult to get through to a real human) Kim told me I needed a pre-authorization — even though I had already confirmed with my insurance company that it wasn’t required. Kim even said, “Well, they’re wrong,” but refused to call the insurance company or join a three-way call to verify it. Instead, she continued to argue with me about something I had already confirmed. On top of that, the app sent me to a completely different location than where my appointment actually was, which caused unnecessary confusion for everyone. It’s frustrating to deal with that kind of miscommunication and unwillingness to help, especially when you’re already trying to take care of your health.

Receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. The woman who took me back for the MRI was fine till she looked over my chart and told me she needed my past results from another location. She rudely put she needed them for comparison like I needed to provide it at the time. She then seemed annoyed. I was never told I needed to bring my past results in order for them to do an MRI.

Receptionist are always kind upon arrival. Appointment time is right on track, no long wait. X Ray Technicians are always very pleasant. Was very surprised to receive my results the very next day. Highly recommend this facility.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND THEY WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY HAVE NO EMPATH OR CONSIDERATION FOR THE PATIENT. THEY DO NO LISTEN OR PROVIDE SOLUTIONS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. I scheduled a doctor ordered routine diagnostic test a month in advance, the day of the appointment I receive a voicemail to call them because I already had the test done this year. I called back and spoke to them and told them no I have not had the test done this year, the last time I had the test done was 1.5 years ago, so they confirmed the appointment. When I arrived to my appointment, they refused to perform the test the doctor ordered and cancelled my appointment. I spoke to the manager for 15 minutes and explained my situation, she was extremely rude, and not helpful. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
