I needed help retrieving some test results. Hanna was very responsive. She quickly sent me what I needed and guided me on how to retrieve test results from the patient portal. Now a days it is difficult to get a Live person on the phone much less one that is so willing to help. Thank you for your excellent customer service and responsiveness to your patients!

Every staff member I came across was top notch. Facility was super clean and comfortable. I have been to many facilities in the past and I can say confidently Providence Rezolut definitely is the best. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience!

Providence Shin imaging in Chino Hills is a great place. They have a state-of-art technology machine and the facility is very clean. All the staffs are very kind and professional. Especially Elli and Grace are very nice and kind. I took an MRI very comfortably today. Thank you very much!!

My doctor faxed and emailed this place so I can have an MRI done. It was 3 weeks of calling to make an appt. No one answers the phone. The Dr. faxes and called them leaving messages and no response. I gave up and drove 15 miles to this place. I asked them if there was something wrong with their phone and they laughed, telling me they are very busy while 2 girls at the front desk play on their phones. Very unprofessional place. They don’t take any phone calls or respond to any emails or faxed paperwork.

I recently visited Shin Imaging Center in Chino Hills for several scans. Most of their medical equipment looked modern and well-maintained, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly, and everything was handled efficiently without a long wait. I especially want to thank Hanna, who kindly helped me in Korean with my appointment changes and insurance-related questions. Her assistance made the whole process much easier. I highly recommend this place if you need MRI or CT scans.
