10/10. Getting scheduled was a mess bc the drs office sent over the wrong order but the staff was friendly and helpful everytime I called and it was a lot. The MRI was easy and quick and my mri staff were amazing. They even took the time to inject the contrast slow so I didn’t sick. Pain free and easy

Every provider here has made me feel super comfortable during imaging. They are gentle and explain everything very well. I have had multiple ultrasounds here and just had my very first mammogram here. They were so good about explaining what would happen and making me feel at ease. They are quick with results and everyone is so nice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!! I want to give a huge, heartfelt shout-out to the two incredible receptionist/schedulers at the Edmond Touchstone Imaging location, Cherry and Elle. These two women truly deserve recognition! Cherry was the first person I spoke with when scheduling my appointment, and she exceeded my expectations in every way. She went above and beyond, took the time to make me feel safe and reassured, and made it clear that I would be receiving quality, compassionate care. In moments where medical appointments can feel overwhelming, Cherry made me feel calm, supported, and genuinely valued. I am so grateful for her. Today, Elle called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow, and she was just as wonderful. She was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions with care and clarity. I made sure to tell her directly that both she and Cherry are doing an AMAZING job, because it’s absolutely true! Cherry and Elle are caring, professional, and empathetic, and they made me feel like I truly matter as a patient. They both deserve a badge of empathy 😇 Major shout-out to these ladies for setting such a high standard of care before I’ve even stepped through the door. I can’t wait to update my review after my appointment tomorrow.

The staff I interacted with were super kind, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I was explained everything. Eye contact is important to me, they all did amazing. Wonderful group. I recommend this facility to everyone. Thank you, Touchstone Imaging Staff. 😊

Appointment scheduling was easy. Staff was curteous and professional. Filled out my meducal history online so I didn't have to that in the lobby. Very convenient. My scan was timely. The process was efficient. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend!
