Carla N. and Teresa both deserve praise and a raise! Both were excellent caregivers in taking care of me!!! It was the absolute best urgent care visit I have ever experienced!!! I was in and out!!! Both were incredibly professional, personable, & caring! I will definitely tell all about experience!!! This is a 10 star review!!! This is the place to visit should you need urgent care! This place is great. We are always greeted with a friendly smile from the front desk and the professionalism doesn't stop their, it runs throughout the facility. I don't know who the office manager is but they are very good and I wish I had someone like that running Magnolia OBGYN. I take my 14 year old and 9 year old to this MedCare because the pediatricians in this area are few and far between and you typically get a physician assistant and 9 times out of 10 they misdiagnosed my girls and I'd have to come back 5 to 7 days later to be seen again and of course insurance doesn't cover that.

I was very impressed with the facility and staff. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable. I was a walk-in and it was my first time, but the registration was quick and easy and I was called for the appointment in only a couple minutes. Cori of the med team was professional and had a welcoming personality. She took my vitals, informed me of my vital readings , and added all my medication and surgeries to the record, which were extensive. I didn’t have to wait more than a couple minutes for Carla Norris, NP to come in and introduce herself. She carefully and patiently listened to my medical history and current symptoms, while Grace assisted with entering all the information. Carla was incredible. Not only did she give me a very thorough assessment, evaluation, and action to take for what I came in for, she noticed a couple other things that demonstrated her care and expertise. She observed that one knee was more swollen than the other one, which I had some pain in for a couple days but had not even mentioned it to her, as well as a skin burn I got from wearing my Apple Watch. I highly recommend MedCare Urgent Care. They were so much better than my current Primary Care Physician that I’ve had for many years!

This is the most ethical, respectable, caring, welcoming and friendly urgent care professionals. I got there right around 7 PM and was treated with patience, kindness and care. From the minute I stepped in till I left, all the staff showed an immense attention and were totally dedicated to express their sincere attention to my needs. I missed asking the lady Dr’s name but she is more than Amazing. A very understanding lady with an outgoing social approach, a respectful and patient attitude, showing proper care, and a decency that we find no more nowadays. Lobby was large, light, and spacious to provide patients their privacy. I was greeted immediately and given appropriate documents. Two associates took my vitals, ordered tests I had requested based on symptoms. Then I met with Emily who expanded on my health conditions and current medications. She was very positive in her interactions which boosted my trust and confidence. The treatment plan was developed efficiently with prescriptions submitted while I was in the room. Excellent care and true concern. I had been to this clinic a year ago which id why I returned. This medical visit surpassed my expectations.
