The best MRI I've ever had. I was called around Noon; my original appointment was scheduled for 3:30 pm. The technician said they had a cancelation. She said I could come in early if I wanted or keep the 3:30 appointment. The entire staff was wonderful. The MRI, nicknamed big bertha, is a 3.0 Tesla strength. It was the fastest MRI I've ever had. Total time was less than 13 minutes. I requested a post scan report which they sent to my email two days later. I highly recommend ProScan.

The scheduling was really easy and I was able to get in fast. The facility is very clean. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The person who was doing my mri walked me through every step and talked me through what she was doing which was really nice.

Everyone at ProScan was very helpful. It was a very wonderful experience. I think the lady doing our scans name was Jennifer Michelle and she was super nice very thoughtful. If anyone ever needed to have a MRI done family or a friend I would definitely recommend them!!! 🤗

Always a great experience at proscan in crestview! Personnel were friendly and helpful with questions I had. Did not have to wait long for my scan and was able to get in and out quickly, considering my scans only took 20min. I had even accidentally left my key in the lobby and they found it and kept it behind the service window for me. Will always get my MRIs at this location!
