I didn't get to use them. They did not have the scheduled times I needed for a time sensitive ultrasound, but I so wish they did. The lady on the phone, whose name I didn't catch, was the sweetest, most helpful person. She gave me another place to try, and told me she understood what I am dealing with. She made me tear up from her wonderful demeanor and I could truly sense that she cared for a stranger and meant what she said. More places need staff like this. She's the first impression I got and it will be a lasting one. Thank you, kind stranger.

Was referred here by my provider in Longview so I could have an ultrasound near our home so an ill family member could be present. When calling to inquire about pricing and to set up an appointment I was told a reasonable base price, but was than told that there would be an additional charge set by each radiologist. Ok no problem, what is that price? They told me they don’t know. That it is set by each individual and they did not have access to that information nor the capability to contact them. When asking why they wouldn’t know rates for radiologists they contract, they did not know. Obviously it is not reasonable for me to have a procedure done and be left with a surprise bill. If you are wanting to pay cash or work outside your insurance- this place has NO interest in accommodating you even if you do have the funds.
