See there have been negative reviews? I have 1 & like another pertains to their billing dept!! Since Nov 2025, for 3-MONTHS been trying to get a billing statement reflecting my 87 year old Mother paid copay!!! for service date but Steel Valley every month for 3-months says it's due!! The copay WAS PAID on time on 11/10/25 AND on 11/19/25 Steel Valley cashed the check cleared my Mother's bank acct!!!! Over 3-months I have called their billing dept "7-times!!!" ALL I'M ASKING FOR is a statement reflects copay paid!! I've been told over, over YES paid & will reflect on JAN statement, acct balance is. -0-! When called for 7TH time today, I asked talk to management well, THAT DIDNT HAPPEN!! Billing said they EXPEDITED request for )MGMT to call me. I asked if they would call me today? Billing said they couldn't say AND NO they didn't call today!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! If I wasn't taking care of my 87yr old Mother's affairs & she would have paid the last 3-months? Look @ the $$$ they would have taken from her!!!! HOW MANY OTHER SENIOR ELDERLYS have they done this to that have no one to pay attention to their finances??? BE CAREFUL, BE AWARE & THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY the BBB!!! Keep Speaking out!! People DO read reviews & they MATTER even tho Steel Valley probably doesn't read they're own cause they don't care!!! AS of this original post & 1/24/26 NO RETURN CALL from MGMT!!! SURPRISE!! FOCUS!!

My 88 y/o mom had a female CMX sonographer/ultrasound tech from Steel Valley Portable X-Ray come in to her room yesterday (Thurs., 7/31/25) at Assisted Living in Plain City (where mom resides) to do a doppler ultrasound. This individual had mom lay down on her bed and pulled down mom's pants to have access to her leg wound. This individual did not shut mom's door for privacy and anyone walking past mom's room could have seen mom with her pants down. After finishing the ultrasound, this individual walked out of mom's room without saying goodbye or anything and left mom half naked on her bed unable to assist herself. Thank God a nurse aide at mom's Asstd Living saw this individual leave and helped mom dress herself. This behavior is unprofessional, inappropriate and will be reported to the proper agencies!!

If I could give a minus star review I would. Took almost 3 weeks to get results to my Dr and they had to call 3 times before they could get the results. I eventually had to find another company to get X-rays in timely manner. Now the are requiring a copay for their incompetent service. Called several times with no return answer. Do not trust this company for your health issues period!!

Been trying for 3 weeks to reach the billing department. No answer, and no return call. They're just kidding when they say to call the Billing Dept. for questions!
