Radiology report had to be amended after allegedly being read (3) times. Caused problems due to inaccurate initial report.

I've unfortunately have had to visit Adirondack Radiology a few times now. Having been to other facilities, I can confidently say the staff and facilities here are world class, and better than most. I consider us locals fortunate to have such a professional medical operation here. The facilities are super clean, nice, and state of the art. The staff are very friendly, efficient and accommodating. A special shout out to Justus, who facilitated my last MRI. He spent time before my procedure learning my story and concerns. He was more attentive and interested than most of my doctors. He guided, informed and comforted me all the way through my long time on the table, even offering me my favorite music through the procedure. It was much appreciated. Thank you!

I had an MRI on Tuesday on my ankle at Adirondack Radiology on Carey road. Even though my head was not going inside I was terrified as I am seriously claustrophobic. Justus was the kindest most patient technician I have ever encountered. He gave me a test run and never left my side until he felt I could handle it.( He even let me hold his arm and hand when I asked him to when I first got scared starting the MRI) His reassuring me that he would never make me feel like I had to do this if I didn’t want eased my mind. He did not make me feel embarrassed but instead encouraged me and said he felt confident that I could do this!! I did do it and with my headphones on he still talked to me through them with such kindness and praising me all the way! I could not have done it without Justus!! I will always ask for him if ever I need any kind of MRI. He is truly a wonderful person!

Office staff is very nice and accommodating. However, one girl on the phone lied to me so not sure if she was at the office or somewhere else answering the phone
