Arriving at 7:25 and they open at 7:30–still waiting for lab draw at 8:25 is diabolical! They say only ONE person working and she’s a newbie training.. horrible! Go to other building that open at 8… the person there not even in yet! This place is a joke!

In & out pretty quickly. Phlebotomist got my vein on the first try. Only bad part is they don't upload your results to the Toledo Clinic app: Healow. Why is that so hard??

I have been going to Toledo Clinic for most of my life for different things. Usually, customer service is inviting, nice & sweet. But this time was different. I had to have a CT scan in the radiology department. The lady Jen, who did my scan, was such a sweetheart. I am terrified of needles. She took her tim with me and talked to me while she put the IV needle in me. I barely felt it. She laid a warm blanket over me since i was shivering. She was an angel sent! Then....I had to head to the front desk to get a letter for my job to show that I had an appointment since I had to leave work early. While I'm walking up to the desk. The receptionist was on a personal call! I could tell by the conversation since she had me WAIT until she was done talking. April L. had an attitude along with rolling her eyes and a stank face that I asked for a letter for my job. April L. eventually typed the letter and had it printed out. I looked over the letter and explained to her nicely that I needed the time of the appointment along with the date. April L. rolled her eyes again and was huffing & and puffing that she had to type another one. NO smile, NO apology!! So, she typed another letter and then the printer ran out of paper. So, while putting paper in the printer, April L. slammed the drawer after putting paper in it. The while time she was just nasty & rude. Finally, my letter was printed out, and I told her to enjoy your evening & left!
