Ultrasound Northwest Of Oregon

I was able to get an appointment within days. From making the appointment, checking in and getting my ultrasound everyone was very nice. The whole experience was actually really pleasant even though I knew it would be a little painful because of pressure that has to be applied. My tech was nice and apologized that it had to be done, I really appreciate that and reassured her I had expected it. I would definitely recommend Rayus radiology, they treat you very well there.

Was sent here for a simple walk in procedure. Met with incompetent uncommunicative staff member who wasn’t sure if I could be seen for amount 30 minutes while she did …??? Finally seen and technician was the rudest I have ever encountered making disparaging remarks about my reason for being there Will never go back and recommend others do not also

Went to both locations first location on Bethany Blvd great experience from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out 5stars 2nd location on Nimbus Av. Front counter needs work with communication I showed up early as traffic wasn’t as bad as it usually I entered to use the restroom and was going to go grab a bite to eat with my wife and kid you came with me out of town as I had 45min to spare before my scheduled time to show up had paperwork already completed at first location day before… the Gentleman at the desk informed me he could get me in sooner that he was going to email my MRI Tech and to have a seat and he would let me know right away…….. over an hour late I am called back and I vent my frustration to the Tech regarding what had happened and I was informed she had told the front desk she couldn’t get me in that they were actually running behind . Tech-5 stars Front counter-2stars

Clean facility, well lit. Friendly staff but be careful about what you sign for!!! most of the consent they ask for you to give the rights to them is not necessary . Be careful and deny them.

Patricia, Matt, the other Matt that works there for radiology and Dr. Geoffrey M. Gullo made my experience with the company enjoyable and moral. I was originally upset because I was told my insurance wasn’t covered here. I literally needed the MRI(as my health has been deteriorating) that was ordered so I decided to pay the out-of-pocket cost. The staff were all polite and friendly. The professional way things were handled made me confident in the quality of the work. When I did not receive my results at the expected date, I called and was given all the information I needed and a private email to see results. It was very refreshing to be treated as a person and not a chart note. I would like to thank them and I hope more people take this opportunity to rise to the standard RAYUS holds at this location, as I can not review other locations I have not been to. Sincere thanks.
