I had a CT scan here and its a nice.place. staff were nice and I didn't wait that long in the lobby. My appointment was at 6:45 am so I'm not sure of the wait time later in the day. Results were posted in my chart that evening

I had a terrible billing experience. Please note, if you use any multicare facility in the area you will not only pay multi care, you will also receive a bill from TRA months later. This was not verbally explained at the time of my appointment. It was hidden in tiny print in the dozens of forms you fill out during your visit. The bill from TRA does not come through the My Chart app, as you would expect a healthcare company to utilize in the 21st century. They mail it out. If your address and phone number change, and you have no idea that you’ll even be getting a bill from this group, you won’t know you owe until you receive a collections threat. The representative from TRA also said there is no way for me to update my address in their system until I have another in person appointment at a multicare facility. Make it make sense! Please update your system to work for the modern mobile society we live in!

We went here for my son's MRI. Excellent patient care and professionalism. They were able to schedule us within two days. My son was very nervous. The technician did an amazing job explaining what to expect and really put my son (and us) at ease. We were able to stay in the control room and watch the procedure. Very professional and caring. Would definitely use this location again in the future.
