I had insurance, they didnt submit in time. They came after me and sent to collections even after I gave them proof of insurance. Filed with the district attorney, consumer protection division and they told me to contact the Kansas insurance department.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere if possible… billing is horrible here. I set up a payment arrangement back in August of 2025. I thought it was on auto pay. It wasn’t- which is my fault for not understanding. However you’d think they’d send you an invoice to you via email text or mail. They don’t. I completely forgot this was due. I get a text message from collections today saying I had a bill due. I was caught off guard. When I called the billing department they just kept telling me that they don’t keep a card on file so they don’t send out invoices. This makes no sense to me… how does having a card on file have to do with getting an invoice? Department said I am supposed to keep track of my bills due to them and would have had to call in monthly to know my balance. Again I know it’s my fault for not physically keeping track of this. But it’s a busy world, I can’t be expected to remember every single thing I have due without some sort of reminder. It would have been nice to get some sort of notice saying I was late or something instead of being hit by collections. Will ask my doctor to refer me to another office next time.

Do not get your procedure done at this place. I sent the payment in thru online banking bill pay as I do every bill. My bank told me WRG refused payment. I sent the bill in again through online bill pay, and the same thing happened. WRG said they cannot see the payments being refused only that they never received the payments. I have two entries on my online banking to prove it. I am now going to mail them a check.

The kind of mistakes they make send you to collections, even though you paid what you owed before the due date! I was then told by an attitude-filled employee named Demetria, “Oops, the previous person you talked to forgot to click submit!”

I had a short appointment here, and the facility and its staff were great. I paid the bill but received 2 bills in the mail in the 2 months afterwards saying I hadn't yet provided payment and would be sent to collections if not paid. I called their office, and they helped me get squared away after emailing proof of payment from my insurance and HSA. 3 days later I was told the matter was resolved, so nothing else was owed. It would have been nice if that hadn't been an issue in the first place, but to their credit, it was easily resolved, and the individual who assisted me was very friendly and helpful.
