I love Rapid Urgent Care! They see you so fast, the providers listen to you, the nurses are kind, even the desk staff are always in good moods. It's nice to have that environment when you feel awful. They'll get you feeling better fast!

I visited twice this month (unfortunately), but the service of the Dr. Danyel Hagens on my second visit was outstanding!! She explained everything really well, asked the right questions and even cared about my mental health. I felt much more cared for than the first time I had to go. I would recommend this place for a quick and easy visit.

Probably the best experience I have ever had in a clinic like this. Everyone from the person that checked me in, the nurse that prepared me for the Doctor and the doctor himself. Great attitudes and I really felt like they were trying to solve my problem and not just push me through. Definitely a 5 star operation. I’m from out of town and my son told me he had a great experience there so I took is recommendation and it was spot on. I can give no higher praise to these outstanding professionals.

I was very satisfied I got the upmost professional care. I felt like I was taken care of extremely well and that my needs were addressed on the spot overall, I would definitely recommend for anybody to go to this urgent care. It’s one of the best ones I’ve been to, and I will be going back in the future thank you so much to the staff and the doctor for being so empathetic to my situation. Jennifer was my nurse, and she was incredible. She had the warmest friendliest bed side manner. She was also informative and her shot technique was painless. Dr. Jorge Melara was kind, for he took the time to explain what was and mostly likely wasn’t going on with my sinuses. He was attentive compassionate and empathetic. I always feel taken care of when I have to visit for not feeling well.
